Bringing back a throw back picture of being in Times Square NYC some years ago. It reminds me of how I'm feeling these days with the overwhelming amount of information, difficulties, fears, and unknowns we are all facing daily around the world. It also reminds me to take a little time to rest, meditate, block out the noise from time to time and be grounded. Self care is important for all of us. Being our best selves is how we can help when called upon. Not being able to travel or jump in and help is often difficult. But we need to remember that slowing down is also an act of love. ........
